His operator’s perspective informs Darmor’s approach to disciplined growth, strong partnerships, and long-term ownership. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from William Paterson University.

Michael Birch

Michael Birch is co-owner of Darmor Holdings and a commercial banker with more than a decade of experience in lending, credit, and portfolio management. His expertise in underwriting and risk informs Darmor’s disciplined approach to real estate investment and long-term ownership. He holds a B.A. in Economics from William Paterson University.
